What if my loved one doesn’t get along with the live-in caregiver?

In our history, we’ve had a 100% compatibility success rate because we match based on personality, not convenience. However, if issues arise, we address them immediately.

What happens in emergencies?

Our live-in caregivers are trained in emergency response, and we have a 24/7 hotline for any situation. We also coordinate with family and medical professionals as needed.

Can we cancel if it’s not working out?

Yes. After the one-month minimum, you can cancel with just 48 hours’ notice. No penalties, no hassle.

What if the live-in caregiver gets sick?

We have backup caregivers who know your senior loved one’s routine. Continuity of care is never compromised.

Do you serve outside Ontario?

Currently, we only serve families across Ontario to ensure we can provide the highest level of local support.

How quickly can someone start?

Most placements begin within 3–7 days of your assessment call, depending on your specific needs and timing preferences.
